FREEION’s Carbonator is designed for efficient carbonation of beverages by precisely mixing chilled water or beverage with CO₂ under controlled pressure.
The system provides stable carbonation, better gas absorption, reduced foaming, and uniform beverage quality throughout production.
The beverage is first chilled to the required temperature and then transferred into the carbonator. Carbon dioxide (CO₂) is injected into the liquid under controlled pressure through a high-efficiency carbonating column.
The system ensures proper CO₂ absorption, stable carbonation levels, refreshing taste, and long-lasting fizz in every bottle.
